Person in quiet reflection by a sunlit window during spiritual coaching session

Spiritual coaching that meets you where the questions live

Not advice. Not affirmations. A held space where you learn to hear yourself again — and trust what you find there. We work with presence, honest inquiry and the kind of patience that lets real change take root.

Four movements that shape every engagement

1

Arrival call

A free 25-minute conversation where we listen without agenda. You share what brought you here; we determine whether this container is right for you. No pressure, no pitch — just honest dialogue about readiness and resonance.

2

Mapping the terrain

In the first full session we explore your inner landscape together. We identify recurring patterns, unspoken beliefs and the places where energy stalls. This becomes the living map we return to throughout your journey.

3

Deep inquiry

Ongoing sessions blend somatic awareness, reflective questioning and guided contemplation. Each meeting builds on the last, peeling back layers at a pace that honours your nervous system rather than overwhelming it.

4

Integration

Insight without embodiment fades quickly. We help you weave new understanding into daily choices — relationships, work, creative expression — so the shift becomes structural, not just conceptual.

The quiet transformations people notice first

Spiritual coaching does not promise overnight enlightenment. It cultivates a different quality of attention — and from that attention, these shifts tend to emerge naturally over weeks and months of committed practice.

Clearer inner voice

The noise of external expectations quiets down. You begin to distinguish between inherited beliefs and your own knowing, making decisions from a steadier centre rather than reactive anxiety.

Emotional resilience

Difficult feelings stop being emergencies. You develop the capacity to stay present with grief, anger or uncertainty without collapsing into them or numbing them away.

Purpose without pressure

Rather than chasing a grand mission, you discover that meaning already lives inside your ordinary days. Purpose becomes something you embody, not something you perform for others.

Healthier boundaries

You learn to say no without guilt and yes without resentment. Relationships recalibrate because you stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable.

Body reconnection

Many people arrive living almost entirely in their heads. Through somatic practices and breath-based inquiry, the body becomes a trusted source of information again, not just a vehicle to maintain.

Restful presence

The constant inner commentary — planning, judging, worrying — loses its grip. You find yourself more often simply here, awake to what is actually happening rather than bracing for what might.

Things people ask before their first session

No. We draw on contemplative wisdom from many lineages — Zen, Christian mysticism, Sufism, Advaita — without requiring allegiance to any. If you have a faith tradition, we honour it. If you have none, that is equally welcome. The work is about direct experience, not belief systems.
Therapy typically addresses clinical conditions and past trauma through established psychological frameworks. Life coaching focuses on goals and accountability. Spiritual coaching occupies a different territory: it explores questions of meaning, identity and presence. We are not diagnosing or prescribing — we are inquiring together. That said, if clinical support is needed, we will always refer you to a qualified professional.
Sessions last 75 minutes. We usually begin with a brief body-awareness check-in, then move into open dialogue guided by whatever is most alive for you. Some sessions involve guided meditation, breathwork or silence. Others are entirely conversational. There is no rigid formula — the structure follows your unfolding.
Yes. About half of our current clients work with us via secure video call. The depth of connection does not diminish over a screen when both people are fully present. In-person sessions are available at our Dublin studio for those who prefer them.
Most people begin with a four-session commitment to see whether the approach resonates. From there, engagements typically run between four and twelve months, meeting fortnightly. Some clients return seasonally for shorter intensives. We never lock you into a long contract.
Individual sessions are €120 for 75 minutes. A four-session package is available at €430. We reserve two sliding-scale spots each month for people in financial hardship — ask about this during your arrival call. The initial conversation is always free.
